Thats my shoddy configure script. You could get it working, but I don't know
if I'd recommend it for demo purposes yet, the plugins aren't threadsafe.
Having said that it does seem to work ok (famous last words :) ).
I included it as an option in that release for people to hack with rather than
use yet.
