Hi all.

The amSynth beta5 tarball is available now.
Get it while its fresh at http://amsynthe.sourceforge.net
and be sure to read the README

This release provides some minor improvements and fixes:

* mmaped alsa audio driver gives increased performance
* .wav output recording, making it easy to integrate amSynth into your
  songs! ;-)
* tweaked the ADSR for performance
* some build procedure fixes

Any problems - join the amsynthe mailing list (see webpage). I will NOT
be able to help you myself for the next 5/6 weeks since I am away,
sorry.
