yes, gus cards can do that but the pcm is non-interleaved.
the number of pcm channels is configurable via a module option.
the following drivers support also hardware mixing:
emu10k1 (32 channels)
ymfpci (32 channels)
ali5451 (32 channels)
cs46xx (with the new dsp image, 32 channels)
maestro3 (two channels)
