Anthony,
I'm a bit bothered also. I am finding lot and lots of sort of 'normal
usage' situations where I get clicks and pops. If I'm playing a CD and I
switch desktops I get a click. If I'm in Evolution and delete an email,
I get a click.
I though this should be more robust than that.
