Cards with OPL3 chips (but this has FM synthesis only) and with OPL4 chips
(2MB wavetable ROM, no instrument downloading).

The register interface of GUS/Trident/ymfpci chips is, in theory, known,
but nobody has written a MIDI driver yet.
