There is no better place to be than directly under the antenna though :)
The radiation goes outwards, in the direction of the ground, but
directly under it, there is negligable radiation.
Ironically, there was a case here with people complaining that there was
an antenna on the roof of their block, so they got it moved to the block
opposite of theirs :D.
