Hello All,
I had hopes that I would bring home the vxpocket plug it in and start
playing around.

Nope. Well, at least not with the guitar.

I have a Powerbook G4. 2.4 and 2.6 kernels, Alsa 1.0.2c. With both
kernels cardmgr segfaults when I insert the vxpocket. With the 2.6
kernel cardmgr will segfault at boot even without the card inserted but
just by having alsa load the snd-vxpocket modules before card-services
are started.

Are there any tricks to setting it up?

Seems like the problem spans several mailing-list so I thought I'd try
here first.

Thanks,

digger
