   about intel i910 (don't know the specifics of fujitsu s4542):

   I don't think it has one (as in internal synth, it has midi out which
is usually alsa port 64:0)

   you can use timidity as alsa sequencer (it creates alsa midi ports,
use e.g. pmidi -l to see midi ports):

timidity -iA -B2,8 -Os1l -s 44100
