 To an extent. Rosegarden's a pretty full-fledged sequencer... Denemo and
Notedit are front ends that extend lilypond's functionality, Musictex comes
with all the goodness of tex {which is considerable if you're familiar with the
language.} If neither ABC { http://abcplus.sourceforge.net/#ABCGuide } nor
Rosegarden are sufficient... perhaps you better be a bit more specific
regarding what you're looking for.
