Uh, no, that's not the same thing. ClearChannel's issue is about Their
Competition making instant CDs *on the spot* for fans to buy immediately
after the show using specialized equipment that is covered by the patent
ClearChannel now owns. Recording a live show and then later producing a
CD out of it is not something covered by the ClearChannel's patent.
