Nice, helpful writeup. I did notice a significant error you might
want to correct, however.

Your example checks *both* Left and Right stereo channels when
exporting Audio 3:out-1 and Audio 3:out-2 to a WAV file. I believe
this gives "mono" output in a stereo file (in the sense that both
channels will be the same). I recommend checking Left for Audio
3:out-1 and Right for Audio 3:out-2. That will render the stereo
outputs from JAMin correctly.
