[linux-audio-user] Playing MIDI files at a measure offset...

Is there any command line program for *nix that will let you play MIDI
files starting at a measure/beat offset? It seems that both playmidi,
and pmidi will only play files beginning at the beginning and continuing
to the end. Say I would like to start playback at measure 124. How
would I do this?
