 playback_2
 playback_3
 playback_4
 playback_9 S/PDIF L
 playback_10 S/PDIF R

I imagine the capture ports are equivalent, but then I'm not clear
what capture_11 and capture_12 do. Maybe, just hook it up, play some
sounds, and watch the envy24control meters?
