Gentoo. (kernel is gentoo-sources patched with rt-lsm and realtime-preempt)

There are quite a few, but there are several not yet included that I
build by hand.

Yes. Gentoo is a "ricer" distro that allows one to easily tweek and
modify the system to perform and behave to one's liking.
