[linux-audio-user] Freevamp, was Re: My first track made with Linux

  Hopefully Jan will see this reply too. The same changes worked for me,
Freevamp compiled perfectly under Demudi 1.2.1 after commenting out
those macros.

  Btw, I don't own a V-Amp, I was just interested in compiling the app.
