If you care about keyboard feel, go for CME UF5. It beats the crap out
of evolution (of which I own 3) and most others mentioned in this
thread. It also has aftertouch, indput for expression pedal and breath
control. Positive review in keyboard magazine:

Only thing that doesn't fit your description is that it doesn't come
smaller thatn 4 octaces AFAIK...
