I suggest we take it to any one of the following:

    a) comp.dsp on Usenet

    b) music-dsp mailing list
       http://shoko.calarts.edu/~glmrboy/musicdsp/music-dsp.html

Both of these forums have large numbers of people who know and care
about audio and DSP.

Now this:

may be of interest to people here. I downloaded the code, but I'm
a little unsure of the licensing. There is a GNU GPL copying file
in the tarball, but no mention of the GPL in the actual C++ files.
If this code actually is GPL, each file should at least say
"This file is released under the GPL", not "all rights reserved".
