Okay, this is a funky error, which has showed up in the past. See for
example this linux-audio-user mail:

The solution then was, to recompile the kernel without
CONFIG_USB_BANDWIDTH set. You can normally check, if you kernel has
this enabled by looking in /boot/config-*
