Sorry for doing things in a dump way, thanks for the pointer.

According to libspiralcore README file, it requires:
* scons
* jack
* liblo
* libsndfile

So I've installed the following Debian packages:

libjack0-100.0-dev
liblo0-dev
libsndfile0-dev
scons

But trying to compile it via scons install I get errors:

The same using g++ 4.0 and g++ 3.4. Any ideas?
