USA, please meet Europe. Europe, please meet USA. Europe, I gotta tell
you something about this USA. This dude has have a problem with
"slippery slopes". Anytime s/he can identify a slippery slope between
"reasonable behaviour A" and "unreasonable behaviour B", there is an
overwhelming urge to avoid even "reasonable behaviour A". So its no use
suggestion that there is "reasonable behaviour" if ol' USA can see a way
to connect that with "unreasonable behaviour". The other thing you
should know before you set up a data? This USA dude is way into laws and
social structures based on rights. You might find that strange.
Sometimes, strange is cool. Sometimes, strange is strange. You decide.
Have fun.
