I strongly recomment converting the file to standard 16 bit WAV
rather than RAW headerless files.

The sndfile-convert program which comes with libsndfile should do
the later quite happily:

    sndfile-convert -pcm16 ima_adpcm.wav 16bit_pcm.wav
