woops, actualy meant Chuck, PD, and SCLang. the SC synthesis engine works on 64bit. but the language doesnt, i'm not sure if you can get around this by using the haskell version of sclang or not. and Chuck worked once, but the second time i tried it , it segfaulted like crazy.. but since its newer i think it proably had 64bit in mind from the start..
as for RAM, PQi or A-Data. as for Distro, Gentoo + ProAudioOverlay
