a patched one works more stable at higher load, esspecially when it
comes to more extreme FX/Synth-tasks - still i work with the
stock-kernel too, as i work with ardour most of the time and make
synthesized loops and heavy FX separately.
I can run it with about 32 Tracks and some LADSPA-Stuff (dynamics,
delay, EQ ...) at about 5 ms stable enough for serious work :-)
