assuming that one uses the ingo kernel does it make sense to use the
rtirq script with the "Complete Preemption (Real-Time)" option?
I thought it was only necessery if you use some of the other options
like the "Preemptable Kernel (Lowl Latency desktop) option.
I remember reading something like this but I might be wrong and I would
love some clarification.
