When you raise the PCM Out 5 volume, the volume is raised with regard to the
internal mixer of the sound card. So, you have to select Digital Mix L/R in
the Patchbay/Router for H/W Out 1 and 2 (and raise the volume for the other
PCM or HW channel accordingly to your needs).
At least, this works on my Delta 44, I think they are more or less the same.
