Some in jack-rack, some in ardour. I've tried them in either, and it doesn't seem to make a differenc either way.

Studio. If I find a way to freeze stuff in ardour, I will, but editing would be kind of awkward.
I've already put aside $300 to buy a 2.4Ghz socket 775 Core Duo to replace the 1.66Ghz one, alas.
