Ouch. Sure, for 10 or more patches, for every session and after
every crash.
In Om I just make use of a root patch, but without more far
reaching changes to AMS, LASH would be the only hope.

I wouldn't consider the AMS I remember as a stable release.
So I should add that I can't recommend any modular synth, currently.
(not taking PD and co into account, as they're more abstract and much
harder to get into.)
