To the best of my knowledge, the 1010lt has no preamps at all. I have
a 1010, which does not have preamps, and I believe the only difference
is that the lt uses an "octopus" connector on the back of the card for
its I/O rather than the patch panel provided by the 1010.

That said, before I got the 1010, I used a Delta 66 card with their
Omni I/O interface, and was very happy with the preamps in that. I
currently have a Behringer mixer that I use for mic preamps, and while
it's not the worst preamp I've used, it's not great and I'm hoping to
upgrade it soon.
