Yup, just apend "-lpthread" to this line:

"LIBRARIES = `pkg-config --libs gtk+-2.0` `pkg-config
--libs jack` `pkg-config --libs alsa` `pkg-config --libs lash-1.0`
-L/usr/X11R6/lib -lX11"

in the Makefile.
