Wow that is a great track!

The distorted instrument sounds like a Hammond organ played through a fuzztone, like Steve Winwood's work on "Low Spark of High Heeled Boys". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Low_Spark_of_High_Heeled_Boys_%28song%29

That's a great drum sound in two tracks!
