JACK is supreme, therefor it should have the device;). You can use
pulseaudio with JACK output to have ALSA applications play to
it. There is also development on a oss2pulse module, of which parts of
it aims to go into the kernel.
The oss2jack thing sees little development.
The alsa:jack plugin is really bad.
