Hi!
Personally and intuitively I'd tend to PCI. But USB has the advantage of the
soundcard (ad/da converters) definitely being out of the computre. Thus
protecting the card from unwanted disturbances is easier. And probably it
might be cheaper if you compare a USB to a PCI card of same sound-quality. But
that's just me thinking and being prejudiced.
