Which Tapco device? The only one I can find is this:

and I can't tell which version of USB it supports.

I tend to assume something is USB 1.1 unless it says otherwise.
Massive difference in bandwidth. If I remember correctly, 1.1 can
barely do 4 tracks on a good day.
