[LAU] batch processing loops ?

Greetings,

I have a bunch of loops and I want to change their tempo from 120 to
115. I know how to do this with Rosegarden, for example, but I have a
lot of these loops and it would be tedious to process them one at a time.

Is there an app (preferably a console app) that can batch process my
loops as I want ?
