[LAU] A few jack questions regarding compile and cli options

I'm looking for information regarding which options are necessary or
best to use when compiling jack. Examples being --enable-sse
--enable-mmx etc.

Should we build optimized by compiler or cpu?

Also, I noticed that the -c option passed to jackd allows you to
change the clocksource. Any knowledge of which source is best?
