[LAU] fa-101 line output levels

I can't remember if I already asked this so here it goes anyway:

Is it just me or does FA-101 put out considerably stronger signal from what
Edirol otherwise advertises to be line-level outputs, so much so that they
actually clip when the mixing board is set to unity?
