Google things like

"Free Battery drum Kits"

or other such ideas and you'll pretty quickly come across some stuff
that's not too hard to dissect and give you some good drum sounds. You
can combine them in gig files with whatever editor Linux Sampler
provides, if any, or use them more or less directly in something like
Hydrogen or Specimen.
