In fact two out of the three are definitely in place. You have in the
swh-plugins the matrix_spatializer (I believe, uniuqe ID 1422), which allows
for stereo widening. And you have EQs fromdifferent plugin makers. I guess,
they'd be OK to boost bass frequencies.
I'm not 100% sure about the 5.1-encoder, but I remember reading something to
that effect. If I missremember that one, you can at least do it in a LADSPA
plugin. But wait for more answers first.
