Oups, right forgot that ;)

Here's the Debian command to install all required and optional deps:

aptitude install libxml2-dev portaudio19-dev libasound2-dev libsndfile1-dev \
         libsamplerate0-dev libgtk2.0-dev liblo0-dev libjack-dev libpulse-dev
