yes. Thanks for reporting this. fixed that in SVN.

It's a curses console tool, that
 a) generates LTC from jack-transport
 b) displays incoming LTC
 c) relays LTC (parse incoming, generate new)

It does not do any MIDI. only http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linear_timecode
