Is it possible you're using the Qt 3 version of qmake?
From the source tree:
$ mlocate tardis.h
(nothing)
$ grep -rn tardis.h *
(nothing)
So... I'm not sure why your makefile (which is generated by qmake) is
looking for this file.
Peace,
Gabriel
