Ah, now that I like. Got it to work, and actually, so far it looks like
the very best of the bunch. A little arcane yes, but the arcana goes
away very nicely when not needed :-)
I ended up saving a session based on:
ghostess -1 -chan 2 /usr/lib/dssi/fluidsynth-dssi.so
so I can keep Yoshimi on MIDI channel 1, and piano on channel 2.
