[LAU] [PATCH] guitarix-0.08.0 and older versions of GTK2

Here's a patch for compiling guitarix-0.08.0 on openSUSE-11.0 with
gtk-2.12.9 and gcc-4.3.1.
It compiles and works for the light testing I've done.

cd to the guitarix-0.08.0 source directory and run 'zcat
<path-to>/GUITARIX-0.08.0-GTK2.12-Fix.patch.gz | patch -p1' before
running './waf configure'
