Even if we can all be sure no-one is going to file a high-profile
court case against you, there is always a slim chance someone may
challenge an infringement. But yeah, really slim chance unless you
have one or more group of commercial samples packed together as
they're sold, almost to the point it's insignificant. If you're a
freedom software follower, though, then there's no way you can
(re)distribute this particular compilation of samples from unknown
sources.
