The lucid-updates distribution is missing from this list, but you seem
to have packages from lucid-updates installed (e.g. your version of
libgtkmm-2.4-1c2a).
Now when you try to install the corresponding development package, apt
only finds the older version from when lucid was released, so the
packages don't match. Adding lucid-updates to your sources.list should
fix it.
