The xhci driver does not yet support audio.
If you feel adventurous, try Sarah Sharp's development tree at
<http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/sarah/xhci.git;a=summary>.
Otherwise, get a USB 1.x or 2.0 controller.
