The Maya USB 44 comes close to your specs: It has 4 in 4 out, running at
44.1 or 48 kHz with 18 or 19 bits per sample (in and out differ a bit,
but both is more then 16 bit). Completely bus powered, works well with
ALSA/Jack.

I don't know the exact specs of the DAC/ADCs, but I can check - they are
easy to open. If you like I can send you a picture of the opened device
(but not before tomorrow, I don't have one with me right now).
