[LAU] installing a VSTi from a iso

I have a problem here installing a VSTi wich I have on various DVD-isos.
Problem is that when i mount them I can't run the .exe because the iso
gets mounted for root.
I can run the .exe as root but than it will create a .wine folder for
the user, obviously, and install it there.
Anybody knows a way to mount the iso so my user gets rights to
execute .exe-files?
