This may be formally correct but on the other hand:

These resellers are definately ripping off people by making bizarre
promises and simple lies. In that they are oridinary cheaters and they
abuse the good names of free software to illustrate their crude swindle.

So to say, they would do "nothing wrong" seems kind of ahhhrrmmmm...
un-adeaquate to me.
