Hello Joel!
When you get mplayer and can't find the codecs package for that, head to
their website:
http://www.mplayerhq.hu
Look for downloads and you will find the codecs packages there. I suggest
you take the all-somedate.tar.bz2
Unpack and copy all file to /usr/lib/win32codecs
Maybe it's only /usr/lib/win32
Perhaps one of those already exists.
Otherwise, nothing to add. :-)
